This year I read 77 books mostly on my Kindle, a number of them as audiobooks, and one as a paper copy. I was so desperate to read the third book in a series that I checked it out from the library when I couldn’t wait for my hold on Libby any longer. Surprisingly, this year I became a fantasy girly. I felt very worn out with historical fiction and fantasy filled in that gap with a vengeance. Below are my top 12 books that I read in 2023. Let me know in the comment section what some of your favorite reads were this year!
These seasonal weekly calendars are the most used and requested printables I have ever made. I don’t go a day without looking at our weekly calendar. Each week it’s filled out with our schedule posted prominently on our refrigerator. The calendars help with reminders of all kinds (school, medical appointments, activities, etc) and help facilitate communication between myself and my husband. Plus, every night at dinner we glance over at it to discuss the next day’s plan with our kids. I hope you find these calendar printables as helpful as we do.
The colder it gets outside, the more I tend to hibernate inside my house with a wonderful book. I have the perfect cozy, 5-star read for you below if you too like to curl up with a blanket and read in front of a fire. My other book reviews this month include a variety of genres. I hope you find one that sparks your interest.
Sometimes I reflect upon reading in general and my love for it. I can’t fathom not enjoying reading. How would I get through chores I hate without an audiobook in my ear? How could I stand to be in the car for hours without numerous books downloaded to my Kindle? Most importantly, how could I ever shut my brain down at night to sleep if I didn’t read before bed? Books are the greatest. Here are my four reviews for the month of September.
