A quick and easy dessert recipe just fancy enough to make for Valentine's Day, enjoyable for kids and adults.
Cut the pound cake into ~1" slices then cut each slice into 6 cubes.
Make the instant cheesecake pudding by whisking the milk and pudding mix for about 2 minutes or until the pudding thickens.
After removing the tops of 16 strawberries cut each into 3-4 slices.
Assemble the parfaits by layering the ingredients in the following way - pound cake pieces, pudding, strawberries. How many layers you do will depend on your glass size. I was able to make four parfaits, each with three sections of the layers.
With the last four strawberries cut each 3-4 times 3/4 of the way up to the green top and fan out to use as a garnish.
Top the parfait with whipped cream and a strawberry fan.
