I’m currently in the second trimester of my 4th pregnancy. Although each pregnancy has been very different (especially this one!), there are definitely some items that have helped me survive through each one. Here are my pregnancy must-haves that I’m sure will make your own pregnancy better. Some of these products also make great gifts!

I would give up absolutely everything else on this list before I would give up my body pillow. This thing is a lifesaver! Without this pillow, I don’t think I would be able to sleep when pregnant.
Normally, I am not a huge water drinker. But when pregnant, it is especially important to get enough water each day. This infuser water bottle allows me to add different flavors to my water to entice me to drink more water. I also love that there are lines on the bottle to tell you how much you should drink by a certain time of the day.
With each subsequent pregnancy, I have popped earlier and earlier. I swear, my belly started growing upon conception with this pregnancy. In order to wear your non-maternity clothing longer, I highly recommend getting a belly band (or two!). With a belly band, you can unbutton your regular pants and the band holds them up.

This product has never made my pregnancy must-haves before, but I’ve never been pregnant during a pandemic before! With a number of my normal pregnancy check-ups now taking place with a phone call I need some reassurance that the baby is still alive. I don’t use the fetal heartbeat doppler often but every couple of weeks it sure is nice to hear the baby’s heartbeat.
As your pregnancy progresses wearing “real” pants is just the worst. Leggings are where it’s at! I like both over-the-belly leggings and under-the-belly leggings. Buy multiple pairs because towards the end of the third trimester you might be wearing maternity leggings every day.
If you’re looking for more comfortable clothes during your pregnancy make sure to look through my Shop My Instagram page for bump-friendly outfits.
I don’t know about you but I get really sick of having to meal plan during pregnancy. There are so many other things I want to be preparing for instead (freezer meals, baby registry, etc). A meal subscription service is a really nice way to take the pressure off of planning dinners for your family. Plus, it’s fun to pick out exactly the meals you want to cook and eat.
There are a number of meal subscription services available. To name a few – HelloFresh, Blue Apron, Home Chef, etc.
I can’t believe I never bought maternity underwear until my fourth pregnancy. They are so comfortable I may never stop wearing them. Furthermore, I know they will fantastic to wear after my c-section and won’t put added pressure on my incision unlike normal underwear. I did size up!
A prenatal massage is probably out of the question during a pandemic but one can always hope. Besides my body pillow, nothing has made me feel better during pregnancy than a prenatal massage. I believe I even fell asleep one time because of how relaxed I was.
I hope you found my pregnancy must-haves list helpful. Here are more detailed posts on how to survive each trimester;

Love all of these ideas! I wasn’t able to snag a fetal doppler monitor. When I wanted one. So glad you have one!

I’m sorry you weren’t able to get a fetal doppler when you wanted one. It has brought me some peace of mind during these crazy COVID times and lack of regular prenatal appointments.
