Although the football season for the Packers has ended, I have no intention to stop making this jalapeno popper pizza every Sunday – it’s that good (and easy)!
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Spread the softened cream cheese, “the sauce,” all over the pizza crust. I used to make my crust from scratch but now I just buy a premade crust. It tastes great and saves me a lot of time.
Step 3: Sprinkle approximately 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese.
Step 4: Add the bacon pieces and the diced jalapeno for the pizza toppings.
Step 5: Sprinkle approximately 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the toppings.
Step 6: Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes.
Step 7: Once baked, let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing it into triangles or sticks.
Optional – I highly recommend dipping your jalapeno popper pizza slices into warm nacho cheese. It levels up the experience for sure!
