Easy Weekly Meals Your Family Will Love – Week #6

A family of four eating a meal together

Are you surviving Daylight Saving Time? This week has started out rough and that is why I am including TWO slow cooker meals this week (see Tuesday and Sunday) because when your schedule is off your slow cooker will be your best friend. I hope you enjoy this month’s weekly meal plan.

Even though this has seemed like the longest month ever, I’m still super behind on my to-do list. It’s nice when I can take one thing off my never-ending list like meal planning. If you too want to simplify your life sign-up for my monthly newsletter (directly below) to get five dinners and one dessert sent right to your inbox with accompanying grocery list.

Mini Flourless Chocolate Cake

Talk about rich, these flourless chocolate cakes are perfect for sharing. This coming from a girl who NEVER shares her dessert. I would highly recommend making these for Valentine’s Day or any romantic dinner. It’s a great make-ahead dessert recipe for all chocolate lovers.

Easy Weekly Meals Your Family Will Love – Week #3

With all the cold weather I have been enjoying a lot of pasta and soups lately. In this month’s weekly meal plan you’ll find a number of our favorite family recipes (gnocchi and shrimp lo mein – yum!). Don’t forget if you would like the complete shopping list to sign up directly below for access to the resource library.

The Easiest Shrimp Lo Mein Recipe

bowl of shrimp lo mein

I love shrimp lo mein. These days we are getting take-out less and less but I still want this delicious meal more than ever. My solution – make it myself in the simplest (and fastest) way possible. The recipe below is clearly not authentic and doesn’t use fresh ingredients (nap time only lasts so long!) but it satisfies my craving and my family quite enjoys it. I hope you like this recipe for shrimp lo mein too!
